The Empathy Wheel print was designed to bring emotional awareness into our every day surrounding. The wheel identifies six primary human emotions that point to more nuanced versions of those primary emotions, which when acknowledged will lead to more compassion for ourselves and empathy toward others. This is the foundation for building strong emotional intelligence.
