01. Art Meditations Folio

Now more than ever, we’re yearning for wellness tools as we process the world around us. The Art Meditations folio contains five creative exercises for mindful exploration. Each print serves as a sacred space to tap into your innate artistry, free yourself of judgement, and explore the push and pull of your mind’s awareness.

By letting go, we transcend.

Getting Started

1. connect to the moment

Make it a ritual.

Light a candle or burn incense to purify your space.
Journal before you begin to ignite your creative perspective.
Clear your surroundings of technology and distractions.
Play soft music and get lost in the tones.
Suggested playlist.

2. select your artistic tool

Let your intuition guide you.

Choose textural qualities that speak to you.
Does a material align with an intention or mantra?
What actions or movements feel right in this moment?
Use: graphite, soft pastel, paint, crayon, pen + ink, charcoal.
Try: collage, scribbling, brain-dump, drawing what you see.

3. GROUND YOURSELF

Shift your awareness.

Sit with your feet firmly planted on the earth.
Soften your gaze while you connect to your body.
Notice any stillness or energy against your skin.
Acknowledge thoughts that arise in your mind.
Gently shift your awareness to your breath.

4. CREATE + LET GO

Release personal judgement.

This is a sacred space, free of critique.
Let go of your need to prepare or plan.
Allow your innate artistry to flow.
Notice the sensations of this tactile experience.
The value is in the process. The art will naturally appear.

5. reflect

Maintain mindfulness.

Notice your body. Are you tense? At ease?
How would you describe your experience?
Were you able to release the urge to judge?
Journal about your reflections.
Intentionally choose how (or if) you share what you’ve created.
